When Henry and I purchased Ansata Nariya she was in foal to Ansata Iemhotep. She arrived in the fall of 2004 and was quite thin having lost a lot of weight on the very long trip from Arkansas so we kept a close eye on her; even wondering if she was really in foal. When she delivered her first filly she recognized something was not right with the faol but did not know to fight for her filly so she rejected her,..it never happened with any others after that first foal. Nariyanna ended up being the buddy of another rejected foal and the two of them were just precious together. We are thrilled that Jim purchased this filly and will continue breeding her true to her pedigree.
