Silver Maple Farm is pleased to announce the arrival of Ansata Nile Pharaoh's first filly! Bred by Ansata Arabian Stud, she is out of Ansata Milennia and will be traveling with her dam to the Al Shaqab Stud of Qatar.
After seeing photos of this elegant and charming filly, we can't wait to see the 2007 foals by Pharaoh!

Cynthia Culbertson joins the Silver Maple Team as Equine Business Manager
Henry and Christie Metz are pleased to announce that Cynthia Culbertson has joined the Silver Maple team as their Equine Business Manager. A lifelong devotee of the Arabian breed, Cynthia is the author of two books in collaboration with Italian photographer Gigi Grasso, regularly lectures on the subject of Bedouin culture and folklore, and has scripted and narrated multiple videos on the history of the Arabian breed.
The Metzes have worked with Cynthia in several previous endeavors, including initiatives for the Pyramid Society, the Pyramid Foundation, the Taos Art School , their own highly-successful "Club Metz" seminars, and most recently an innovative art exhibit devoted to the Arabian horse to be held at the International Museum of the Horse in Lexington Kentucky in 2009. "Cynthia is a rare person of vision and business sense combined with intellect and humor," states Christie. "We are thrilled to have her collaborate with us for Silver Maple Farm. It is our mutual passion and love for the straight Egyptian Arabian horse that brought us together and continues to be a common thread in our lives."
